WRESTLING MATS
College Competition Wrestling mats should be a minimum of 42' x 42'
Out of bounds circle is a maximum of 30' to maintain the NCWA recommended minimum safety apron of 6' (six feet) between mat circles or between the circle and any obstruction or hard flooring.
HEADGEAR
Headgear are Required in Collegiate Wrestling both in Competition and Practice.
